- Welcome to Living Flow Yoga & Ayurveda

My yoga journey began through my mother, who introduced me to movement and meditation at a young age. In 1997, I moved to Santa Barbara and took my first public yoga class. I felt completely out of place, yet somehow more at home within myself than ever before. That feeling led me deeper into the lifelong study of yoga and Ayurveda.Since becoming certified in 2000, I’ve completed over 1,500 hours of training and continue to believe we are only as good of teachers as we are students. My path has included studies with incredible teachers including Erich Schiffmann, Paul Dallaghan, Lisa Walford, Jasmine Lieb, and Shiva Rea, while also studying Ayurvedic medicine through Kerala Ayurveda Academy.
Today I teach group classes, privates, trainings, retreats, and corporate yoga in Santa Barbara, weaving together yoga, Ayurveda, breath, creative sequencing, nervous system support, and a little humor along the way.My classes and retreats are inspired by nature and the changing rhythms of life. Using Ayurvedic principles, I create practices that help people reconnect to themselves through movement, breath, challenge, rest, awareness and joy! This Spring Equinox 2027 I’ll be guiding a retreat in Costa Rica focused on renewal, balance, and coming home to yourself.
My intention is that you leave with more than just a beautiful experience—you leave with sustainable practices, rituals, and tools to continue the work long after you return home.Because healing isn’t just something that happens on retreat. It’s something we learn to weave into everyday life.
